This is a notice to all "bosses" on campus.  As you know, April 26th 
is Administrative Professionals Day and as Chair of the Employee 
Relations Committee, I have been working with Xavier Flores through 
the Marriott to help honor and show appreciation to all our 
administrative professionals in the various departments on 
campus.  Xavier has graciously agreed to arrange a special luncheon 
April 26 and 27 from 11:30 - 2:00 pm in the Chickamauga Room for the 
low price of $8.00 for you to show your gratitude to your assistants. 
The menu will consist of fried chicken, primavera pasta & vegetables, 
chef's choice vegetable, rolls, tea and an assortment of 
desserts.  He has requested that you RSVP him by  this Wednesday, 
April 20, 2006 by email at  [log in to unmask] as to how many will 
be coming in your department.  I will have a drawing  each day for 
some lucky administrative assistant to receive a very nice door 
prize.   This is a great way to mingle with your co-workers, not 
having to worry about parking or standing in line at a restaurant.  I 
hope you will consider this request and thanks ahead of time for 
showing our office staff how much we appreciate all they do.  Hope we 
have a big turnout!!
