Well, I've heard from several people that they've been having the same
problem yesterday and today, and I guess its just Georgia! I've been needing
to send a fax to a (706) number, and been having the same problem all day
long. Georgia hasn't changed the (706) area code to something else, have
they? Is this an on-campus problem, or Georgia's?

Subject: [UTCSTAFF] Long Distance Dialing?

Is anyone else having trouble dialing long distance this morning? I dial 9
+ 1 + the number, and get a recording saying that I have dialed a number
+ to
which long distance charges apply, and I need to dial 1 before the area code
-- ?
