Below is the first page of the cheat sheet I prepared on
Roberts' Rules of Order. Perhaps it will be helpful to those of you who
run meetings.

MOST IMPORTANT ROBERTS' RULES OF ORDER (RRO) TOPICS
Abstain has no effect on vote; passage requires majority of votes, not
counting abstentions. Thus if 1 vote was yes, 0 no, with 20
abstentions, the motion passes, 1-0. It is not necessary to count or
record abstentions.
