I propose that we have a large contest in which we gather up all of the
helicopters we can, all of the water bottles we can get our hands on, and
have a contest to see which helicopter can get the most water bottles to
smash on targets painted on the ground. Apparently, there are quite a few
government helicopters sitting on pads going unused. And the best part, we
can get companies to pledge money for every water bottle that hits the
targets dead-center. That will surely raise some money to go to those
stranded in New Orleans without helicopter evacuations, food, or water.

If we spin this right, people, we won't look like fools. Should I contact
Krystal for sponsorship?

Please, some feedback. Time is of the essence. We don't want to look like
a government bureaucracy on this thing.

M Guy
