Hello,

We are looking for a house in Chattanooga, trying to sell one in Rome and I find myself needing an apartment/house to rent as the school semester approaches.  

I would rather not get into a year-long lease. I would like to have either a month-to-month or a three-month lease.  Near the university or North Chattanooga would be an extra plus.
