     I called the official University inclement weather line (425-4SNO),
which said that UTC was on regular operating hours, but had students tell
me that school was not opening until 9 am.  Can the official university
weather line be the first things which is updated, since in the morning,
that is what all UTC employees will check prior to anything else.
