Please join the College of Education and Applied Professional Studies in
welcoming Ms. Debbie Anderson as director of the CAP/AAA program.  Debbie
comes to us from the Dayton City Schools where she served as a school
principal.  She has also served as the Special Education Coordinator for
the Rhea County School System and as Off-Campus Director for Rhea County
and Tennessee Tech's extension program.  She brings a great deal of
experience in developing, managing and supervising programs for students
with disabilities under I.D.E.A. and Section 504.  She also holds Tennessee
Teacher's Certification and Endorsements in Elementary Education, Special
Education and Administration and Supervision.
