I have a 50 year old rosewood spinet piano that has been well used but doesn't look too bad from a distance. It need tuning but would make a good practice piano. Asking $200 or best offer.

I also have a Nordic Track Summit 4500 Treadmill. It has 5 preset programs and manual settings for incline, distance, intensity, time, calories and speed. It has a smooth movement, holds up to 300 lbs and folds up for storage or moving. It has limited use now because of arthritis and is just taking up space. Paid $1000 and would like to get $400.
