Richard's memorial service will be held Sunday May 2nd at 7:00 pm at his
church, Fairview United Methodist Church. The church is located at
2505 Old Niles Ferry Road in Maryville, Tennessee 37804, phone number (423)
583-2080. Interment will be for family members at a later time.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations are made in
Richard's memory to the Fairview United Methodist Church Building Fund.
