Well, www.zchattanooga.com provides community forum facilities for
the UTC community.
CECA ran a web BBS for a long time.
The facilities for doing this aren't really the problem, it's getting
people to use them, as well as who is able and willing to control
messages sent to UTCSTAFF. "In your face" e-mail is more effective
(i.e. gets your attention) compared to a web site you have to click on.
It is very, very easy to delete stuff you don't want from e-mail,
just like SPAM, and it seems like most times the subject line give it
away.
