I read in the newspaper that UTC plans to build classrooms downtown. May I
respectfully request that before the university does this would it be
possible to:
fix the elevator in Brock Hall
fix the hanging light covers in Grote (I am now referred to as Marie, as in
Antoinette). The front row of students face the recreation of the French
Revolution and I don't teach history.
fix the lights, period
put podiums in the classrooms so that when the elevator is on the fritz we
don't get hernias carrying the tvs up the stairs
add desks to Grote
put desks on the chairs in 201 Brock
etc.
We have so many needs on this campus both for safety and for education.
Please consider helping us out here before going downtown. And, if you go
downtown, please don't sandwich my class there between two here on
campus....
