Please join us for a visit with Bhante Wimala

 

Bhante Wimala, a Sri Lankan Buddhist monk, will be at the Barking Legs
Theatre this Wednesday evening to lead a meditation and give a
lecture/presentation on his international relief work.  Bhante is a
meditation instructor at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, the author of
Lessons of the Lotus, and the founder of the Triple Gem Society, Center for
Conscious Evolution in Princeton, NJ.  He has spent the last few months in
Sri Lanka helping in the tsunami relief efforts as well as supervising the
building of a Samadhi Center outside of Prague.

 

Tickets are $10 and $5 for students and seniors.  Proceeds will benefit
Bhante's work in Rwanda providing housing for children orphaned by the
recent genocide.
