Two Faculty Fellows will present tomorrow (Thursday, April 18, 2002) in the
Ocoee Room.

Vicki Smith will present Curriculum Design for Distance Education (11:30 -
12:30 pm, Ocoee Room).
This session will include a brief review of basic education history and
concepts of distance education.  A practical model will be presented on
creating a distance education curriculum that includes a variety of
teaching methods (traditional classroom, field site education, mentoring
education process, and web-based courses).

Nesli Alp will present Designing a Program for WWW Delivery (1:00 - 2:00
pm, Ocoee Room).
The Master of Science Program in Engineering Management in the College of
Engineering and Computer Science will be offered totally on the Web as a
two-year project.  This session will describe the design and delivery of
the courses using the advanced technological and multimedia tools,
including how to organize the homepage and develop the necessary marketing
tools through technological
means.
