Please remember that part of Federal Work Study is that a student may not work during a scheduled class period.  Many of my supervisors have sent in A LOT of hours for Monday, December 1 (the last day a regular FWS student could work).  In order to satisfy an audit, you must have a sign-in sheet that indicates the student was working only during hours they WERE NOT supposed to be in class.  If their classes were canceled, you need written verification of that from the student and/or their professor.
