On Tuesday, April 23 and Wednesday, April 24, the UTC Music Department will
host the East Tennessee Band and Orchestra Association Concert Festival.
We expect around 45 bands and approximately 3000 students during the
two-day event.  There will be performances all day both days in the Roland
Hayes Concert Hall in the Fine Arts Center.  Everyone is welcome to come
listen at any time.  Some of the students will be interested in disciplines
other than Music and we hope you will welcome inquiries.  For more
