Dear University Community:

        On Tuesday, October 22, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts
Building's Dorothy Hackett Ward Theatre, the Department of Political
Science will sponsor a panel discussion and public forum on the subject
"War with Iraq: What Consequences?" The participants will be Maj. Gen (ret)
Bill Raines; TimesFree Press Editor and former Reagan White House
Communications Director Tom Griscom; and Political Science Professors David
Carrithers (Moderator), Paul Posner, and Robert Swansbrough.

        There will be an opportunity for audience participation built into this
event.  We hope that you will be able to join us.
