Just a reminder.  The ERC will meet tomorrow to start working on the 
UTC Cookbook.  If you have not given your ERC representative any 
recipes, please try to get those together tonight and give them to 
them to your ERC rep tomorrow morning so that we will have them to 
start working on at the meeting.  These recipes can be ones you've 
used out of a cookbook, or a family favorite or some you have 
collected.  Also, a special thanks to the many who have responded 
with very delicious recipes.  We will continue to collect them 
through August but we have only a few meetings left to organize and 
make any corrections needed so the sooner we get them, the farther 
along we will be for our deadline to get them to the 
publisher.  Again, thanks to all who are helping us meet this deadline.
