Satisfactory Progress - 24 Hours Rule
NCAA Bylaw 14.4.3.1 (a)

The NCAA requires: Satisfactory Completion of twenty-semester or thirty-six
quarter hours of academic credit to be eligible for
competition. Eligibility for competition shall be determined by the
student-athlete's academic record in existence at the beginning of the
regular term (fall or spring)

I.e. a student-athlete must pass at least 24 hours a year (including summer
hours) to be eligible for competition the following year.

As always if there are any questions about this or any other NCAA rules
concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
