These may be from the UTC anti-virus/anti-spam processing stripping off 
attachments that are of concern. The processing is attempting to leave the 
message alone and remove the attachment. In many cases, viruses emails do 
not have any message text, but only an attachment, so what is left is what 
you are seeing.
