Yesterday when I go off of 27 at Morrision Springs I had to make right hand
turn on Red Light. I purposely stopped before I proceeded because last week
I received a citation for not stopping. I noticed a State Police car in the
lane next to me. After I made my turn, the officer in the State Police Car
rolled down her window and told me that I should have NOT stopped at the Red
Light. How are we suppose to know what to do? Its my understanding that if
you a making right hand turn on red light that you have to make a complete
stop.
What do you think? I wish I took down her car number but I do not think she
was right about that.
