A small business, with which I have consulted in the past, sent me the
following query related to a proposal they are preparing:

"Does UTC have any form of an environmental chamber where we could form ice
on a small wing surface and gather some data?"

Does UTC possess such a facility?  I would appreciate any information you
could give me on this.
