Holiday Hand-felting Workshop!!!

Sunday, December 7, 2003: 1:00- 5:00 CST
--$25-45 sliding scale workshop fee: includes materials, instruction & 
snacks
--Class size limited to 10, You MUST pre-register to reserve your space 
& materials.
--Beginning felters & young adults ages 12-up welcome!  Kids under 12 
are invited to help their parents or siblings - or they can create 
cards and other goodies at their own craft table.

This year’s holiday workshop will focus on the techniques of 
hand-felting wool. SVI board member, May Sligh, will lead us through 
hand-felting techniques as we create one-of-a-kind, warm, fuzzy, wool 
mittens! Take home a pair of mittens, patterns, & skills to continue 
felting on your own!

“Como Se Llama” crafts gallery will be open from 12:00- 5:00 CST for 
holiday shopping, offering ceramics by Carol Kimmons, lamp-worked glass 
jewelry and hand-made glass books by Ashley, hand-painted cards and 
ornaments by Michelle, really great books, & more!
