After seeing the previous e-mail below it brings to mind something that
did indeed happen to my mother-in- law. She had sold her house to one of
the officials in Red Bank, so one of her mailings came there and this
man opened by mistake. So he takes to mother-in-law and says opened by
mistake. It was a bill from (Penny) not Penny's and for an amount that
said was overdue and if not paid now would be turned over for
collection. This was checked through Penny's and an attorney and was
found to be a scam. She had no knowledge about Penny. M-I-L is in 80's.
