I read the policy that Chuck Cantrell sent out last night. However,
it

would be nice if any delays or closing could be determined NO LATER than

5 am. Some buildings on campus open at 6 am, and some students are

working or doing other things in those buildings at 6 am. So, they need to

know well in advance of that time if there will be any delays or closings.
Since

we are still a commuter campus, any information needs to be to the local

media no later than 5 am.

In the past, delays have not been announced early enough, and then

after opening, buildings are then closed and students asked to leave until

the delayed opening time. Where are the students suppose to go? The

weather conditions are bad and it is cold.
