Hi,

I remember years ago when Dr. Bach appointed you Director of Academic
Personnel.  I used to call you at home and, invariably, one of your
children would say, "She can't come to the phone.  She's at UTC."  How many
hours of work you put in to establishing that badly needed area so that Dr.
Bach could have access to his own faculty files.  And how much trust he had
in you to assign you that responsibility after you got your FIRST degree.

You have been so dedicated to UTC that it is just beyond words to say.

I wanted to send this "thank you note" out to you for all to see so that
everyone at UTC would know how awfully proud I am to be your sister and how
much I support you in your decision to put yourself and your own life first
for once.  I've seen how hard  you have tried during these last couple of
years to make needed changes within Records and Registration and how hard
it has been to keep staff in that area where there is so much stress from
so many levels.  I also know the personal funds you have put into that area
just to make the appearance better.   This place will be less without you.
