The Chattanooga Writers Guild Annual Meeting & Picnic is just few days
away - be sure to mark your calendar! As with last year, the picnic
will be held at the Tennessee Riverpark. The meeting is free and open
to the public! We'll be having a good ole fashion barbeque; see details
below for how you can help out:

When: Tuesday, September 13th starting at 6:00 p.m. (you can come late,
if you need to . . . we'll be socializing!)

Where: TN RiverPark, West Pavilion (the RiverPark entrance near
Chattanooga State, off Amnicola Highway).

The West Pavilion is located just down the slope from the main building
at the River Park (where the "Out of the Blue Cafe" is located). It has
several tables & also a built-in stone hearth/grill. You'll see a crowd
down there!

What: Annual Meeting and Picnic. A good ole fashion barbeque and
traditional pot luck picnic . . . the CWG will provide the barbeque
(pork and smoked turkey) . . . and invite you to bring your favorite
dish, as well! If you don't like to cook, you can volunteer for drinks
and/or ice.

Send an email to [log in to unmask] if you plan to bring
something. Feel free to bring a guest - the more, the merrier!
