You should be receiving your 2006 Tax Deferred Income Plans Limitation
Statement interoffice mail any day now.

 

If you want to increase, decrease, enroll in any of the plans, all
paperwork must be received in my office by Thursday, 12/22, 3:00 PM in
order for the effective date to be 1/1/06 (reflected in your January

2006 paycheck).
