Before anyone leaves for the summer, please gather your contributions for
the 2001-2002 UTC calendar to be produced by University Relations.  This
calendar will be distributed internally and externally.

The calendar will feature key dates that will be of interest to the general
public, students, faculty and staff.  We are interested in annual events
like the Meacham Writer's Conference, Patten Fine Arts Series, Engineering
Week, athletic events as well as new scheduled events that run from July 1,
2001 through June 30, 2002.

This will be good publicity for your event and department.

-- Location of the event
-- Phone number to contact for the general public
