This Wednesday at noon, all are invited to a rare opportunity to hear music
for Viola and Organ, performed by Dr. Walker Breland and Dr. Sonya Lawson,
who are members of our faculty. The brief program will be held at
First-Centenary United Methodist Church in the sanctuary at 12:00, followed
by the option of a light lunch of sandwiches and soups and dessert. One can
hear the music, have lunch, and be back on campus by 1:00 or shortly
thereafter. The music presentation is free of charge. The cost of the lunch
is $5.00.

This musical opportunity is part of the Wednesday Lenten series of programs
at First-Centenary. The last such program, on April 16, will be a brief
meditative service in the style of the Taize community, led by Janice
McNair, Director of Music Ministries.
