Maestro Robert Bernhardt, Music Director and Conductor of the Chattanooga
Symphony, will be a guest speaker for Music Seminar this afternoon at 1:40
p.m. in Roland Hayes Concert Hall in the Fine Arts Center. This event is
open to the public. He will be addressing the relationship between classical
and popular music styles, the story of the opera "Rigoletto" and life as a
professional musician. If you have ever heard him speak about music or
listened to "The Bob Bernhardt Show" on WSMC, you know that he is both
entertaining and insightful. The presentation will last about an hour and I
invite the campus community to join us.
