Sofa, Rooms to Go “Penthouse,” sage or moss green (almost beige), very stylish, extremely comfortable.   Excellent condition. Two years old, paid $500, sell $250.

Three drawer legal-size office file cabinet, beige, good condition. $50.

Sofa-bed futon.  Frame, solid unfinished pine, very sturdy, good condition, folds out easily to double bed. Mattress: better quality foam-core futon mattress, extra thick, two years old, good condition, very comfortable.  Cover: dark green, somewhat faded, still servicable.  Used as sofa in home office. $150.

Seven tall white bookcases, about 70 inches tall (6 feet) by 30 inches wide.  From IKEA and Walmart. $10 each or all seven for $60.

Four-drawer chest of drawers, painted black. Solid construction, good condition.  $20

Two three-drawer chests, stack to make one tall chest.  Painted black.  good condition. $20.

Older wing-back chair, rattan sides, curved legs & upholstered seat & back.  Very attractive shape, solid heavy wood construction, needs re-upholstering.  Comes with long length of white upholstery fabric (I never got around to this).  $20
