roof and that is it. Same story as before as to why I am not working on it

The price is firm at 140,000. NO haggling. If you want a realtor then fine,
you pay commission (I want 140K solid). I will hold the note on a second
mortgage if you qualify and will pay half on closing costs. Will consider
rent to own or other similar offers. If you are waiting to sell a home then
we can chat. First offer person to sign contract gets it. I will want
earnest cash with contract. If you are seriouse I will pdf you a copy of the
inspection.
