Repairs to the campus high-temperature hot water distribution system,
originally planned to be complete yesterday, has been delayed.  More
problems (imagine that) were encountered once the manhole was brought down,
and the additional welding is being finished this afternoon.  As previously
stated, this affects building heating and limited domestic hot water users.
Things will return to normal by tomorrow morning.
