The plague of spam email continues to increase. In recent weeks, UTC's
network and Netmail system has blocked at least 4 messages from spammers
for every 1 message that is delivered to you. Yes, 4 out of every 5
emails received by the UTC email system are from spammers.

While some spam still slips through, it would be far, far worse if we
didn't block what we do.
