The Facilities Master Plan Task Force met on February 21, 2003.  The group
took the following actions:

The Hooper Renovation will be delayed for approximately a year, or at least
until the issue of when (and if) Admissions & Financial Aid can move to the
University Center is resolved.

Hooper Hall will continue to be occupied by Admissions, Financial Aid,
Advisement, International Student Advisor, and Upward Bound until such time.

Race Hall will be populated as follows:

1.      The Graduate School will return to the first floor space previously
occupied.
2.      The Associate Provost for Academic Administration will return to the
first floor space previously occupied.
3.      The Associate Provost for Academic Affairs function will retain the first
floor space previously occupied.
4.      Records and Registration will move from Hooper to the first floor space
previously occupied by Continuing Education.
5.      Grants, Contracts and Program Review will return to the space they
previously occupied on the second floor.
6.      Personnel Service, Faculty Records, Payroll will move to the second floor
in space previously occupied by Student Support Services, Upward Bound, and
Audit Services
7.      Records and Registration will also occupy some designated space for
storage and an office on the second floor, and possibly the ground floor.

Other effected departments will be located as follows:

1.      Continuing Education and Metro College will remain in space allocated in
Siskin.
2.      Student Support Services will remain in the Siskin Trailer.
3.      Audit Services will move to space to be assigned in the Administration
Building.
