Help Designing Marching Band Uniforms

I need an artist or designer to help me design the new Marching Mocs
uniform. I have been working with companies for three years now but they are
stuck in the box of what Marching Bands should look like and I want the
uniforms to be as different as the Marching Mocs, the university and the
city of Chattanooga. Please respond today if you have design experience and
can help. My own sketches are....... odd looking. It would be nice to get
the perspective a designer that has fresh ideas.
