Grades are now being processed for the Spring 2001 term.  If advising
students, please be aware that, as part of the computer processing,
Rapsheets may not include attempted course work for Spring 2001.  With any
luck-and the timely receipt of all grades sheets-grade processing should be
completed by Monday afternoon.  At that time, updated Rapsheets and
academic records will be available.

PLEASE REMEMBER:

Grade sheets for graduation candidates (pink) were due to the Records
Office by 12:00 Noon today.

All other grade sheets (blue) are due by 12:00 Noon tomorrow.

If you have a conflict and are unable to submit your grades on time, please
contact me as early as possible.
