If you have an upcoming event that you would like advertised to the
public, please submit it for inclusion to the WebEvent Calendar at:

http://www.utc.edu/cgi-bin/webevent.cgi

Pick the calendar that you feel best fits the type of event you are
submitting, then in the upper right corner of the calendar you will see
a button to 'Add Event'. Submissions come to University Relations for
approval, and then are automatically added to the calendar. We also use
this calendar to provide information to the media about upcoming events,
so it is to your advantage to submit early!

The calendars that are open to have events added are:

# Arts and Entertainment Events
# Athletics
# Campus Events
# Chattanooga Community Events
# Continuing Education
# Library
# Student Organization Events

Events submitted to any of these calendars will automatically included
in the All UTC Events calendar. Calendars not listed above do not allow
event submission as they are maintained by particular offices and are
provided as information only.

Please be sure to include your full name and email or that of some
contact person for people to get additional information related to an
event. You can also include a web link (URL) that will link directly to
a web page if you have one related to an event. Please include a
location and short description for the event.
