UTC Online/Blackboard is back up with a new version (6.0.11 for those
interested).

We tested this version before and after upgrading. However, if anything has
changed in your classes or if you do see an error, please email me (please
be as detailed as possible):

Although we tested this update, there may be unexpected system issues over
the next couple days. We have an open ticket with Blackboard concerning a
java/database issue that seems to affect the server after it is rebooted.

NETSCAPE 7 (possibly Mozilla too) USERS:
Going directly to http://bb2.utc.edu/ in NS7 does not seem to work. The page
appears to load but no content is displayed.
Please bookmark and use http://utconline.utc.edu until we can figure out why
this page will not work with NS.

Good News:
The new version's grade book works for letter grades! Students can see
letter grades when that item is set to display letter grades.
