Here's the deal. I have a Beige G3 MiniTower for sale (the last
generation before the blue and white). It comes with 128mb internal
memory, 1mb backside cache, two 9gb internal hard drives, internal zip
and internal dvd/cd drive. Comes with external 56k modem (hayes accura).
It also has audio and video out capabilities. It is currently running
smoothly on system 8.6, but could easily be upgraded to 9.0/9.1, or even
10 (if your feeling gutsy). Loaded with about $6,000 worth of design,
internet, and word processing applications, which I will let you erase.

Also included:

17" Apple MultiScan Monitor
Apple Personal Laserwriter 300
Agfa Arcus Color Scanner
Keyboard, mouse, all cables, etc.

This system has plenty of life left, and lots of room to expand (usb,
firewire cards, etc.).

I'm selling to finance a laptop for more portability (and a bit less
desk space).

How much is all of this? I'll work with you on price, but I'd like to
get around 1,800 to 2,000 for the whole shebang. Seem like too much?
