Thanks to all who have been sending in recipes to the ERC for our cookbook.
We still need more recipes so please browse through your recipes again and
here are some of the categories we need.  We need appetizers, soups, salads,
breads, rolls, pastries, main dishes, meats, vegetables, beverages, cakes,
cookies and various desserts.  If you are staff, you may send them to your
ERC representative and if you are faculty etc., you may send them to me in
Purchasing and thanks for all your help.
