The Facilities Department has several projects going on over Spring Break
that we want to make you aware of.

Building Exterior Cleaning
"Phase II" of our work begun over Christmas will take place starting
Saturday, March 9.  Maclellan Gymnasium, Holt Hall, the masonry entrance at
Founders off McCallie Ave., and the masonry quadrangle on Oak Street in
front of the Development House will be cleaned.

Painting in Fletcher Hall
Our crews will be painting in the restrooms, 1st & 2nd floor classrooms,
and corridors.

Roof Replacement--Guerry Center
The contractor will begin this project next Friday, March 15.  Material and
dumpsters will be staged in the Oak Street lane immediately in front of
Guerry.  They will be installing construction to allow for pedestrian traffic.

Chiller and Cooling Tower Maintenance--Central Energy Plant
Annual servicing of this equipment to prepare for the cooling season may
result in periodic chilled water shortages Tuesday-Thursday next week.  One
of the four chillers in the plant will be serviced.

In addition to the above, the Minor Maintenance Team will be working in
South Stadium.
