All hardwood floors, 2 bed and 2 bath, living room, dining room, breakfast nook and kitchen. Lots of character. Big rooms, so great for a small family or college students. Great neighbors. Comes with fridge, stove, washer and dryer. The neighborhood is great! Take a sit on the porch swing and see if you like it. Available January 1, 2007.
