I see your points. They have been clearly stated and well thought out. I remain unconvinced. I believe management to be the key to our future success. So,as I said before, perhaps other universities will look to the wonderful contributions that only you can offer and will be willing to pay you what you feel yourself to be worth. Or perhaps you can get a job where you will not feel as though you are being misled. Good luck, seriously, I hope you find what you are looking for.
