We celebrated my parents 50th Anniversary this past Saturday at the Faculty Club. Initially, I was addamant against using Aramark because of some past problems with quality at functions I had attended on campus. I talked with Cindee Pulliam and she suggested I talk with the caterer, Rhetta, and give them a chance to prove themselves.

I met with Rhetta and she arranged a taste preview with the Chef to satisfy my concerns. They presented a gorgeous sampler with a beautiful setup. I couldn't decide whether the crab stuffed mushrooms or the spanikpoita was my favorite. Kudos to the CHEF!

As always, the Faculty Club was wonderful. Mama Yates and Marlene presentedan elegant and delicious event. Thank you both so much for your graciousness and kindness. You made my parents anniversary very special.

I told Cindee I would be the first to let everyone know that Aramark Catering has done a complete turn around. I will not hesitate to use them again and I will start attending the lunches again at the Faculty Club.

Thank you Mary for helping bring it all together and congratulations to Rhetta for giving Aramark Catering a new reputaion.
