I have 10 acres at the foot of Missionary Ridge,
on the Eastdale side, in Northbriar Subdivision.
This urban forest is quite secluded yet very
convenient. The property borders the historic
civil war railroad tracks used by the Tenn. Valley
Railroad Museum, so you can watch the Chatt.
Choo Choo drive by. The historic train
tunnel recently written about in the newspaper is
located just beyond the back corner of this land.

The property is Zoned R-4. You can build single-
family, duplexes, apartments, boarding houses,
bed & breakfast, modular homes on permanent
foundations, or light commercial. There is access
to the property from two different streets and
all utilities are available.

If you know of someone that might be interested
please contact me by email.

Thanks.
