Hello Everyone,
The flu shots have arrived!  We will have our 1st faculty/staff day on
Friday, October 3, 2003. The 2nd day for appointments is Wednesday, Oct. 8,
2003.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL!  Please reply to me ([log in to unmask]) if
you would like a flu shot. I will e-mail you back with an appointment time.
Flu shots are $10 and we will accept cash, checks, & MOCS cards. Time slots
will be from 8:30 -11:30AM & 1:00-4:00PM. If you have time, please read the
Vaccination Information Statement regarding the Influenza Vaccine this year
at http://www.immunize.org/vis/2flu.pdf

This will get you back to get your flu shot a little more quickly if you
have already read about the vaccine!
