Colleagues:

 

Congratulations to the UTC Recreation staff for a successful new
Orientation program, MocsCamp. MocsCamp was designed to be an extension
of our Orientation program that gives incoming freshmen an opportunity
to experience Chattanooga. The students began the weekend at the
Lookouts game and ended the weekend by rafting down the Ocoee River.
Throughout the weekend they also went canoeing, hiking, shopping at the
mall, and riding the Chattanooga Ducks. The 65 students that attended
really enjoyed the experience.

 

Special thanks to Miles Ledford, Will Williams, Ron Nelson and our
outstanding staff of student counselors for their hard work and
dedication to the program and the students of UTC.
