Just for everyone's info.....I called Paul Liberty, and he is with Liberty Chimney.  If he comes out and does the inspection, and everything checks out okay, and the chimney does not have to be cleaned, he only charges $35 (!!).....if he has to clean it, it is $75.  Sounds like a good deal to me!
