All,

Once again it's time for TEIS's annual Christmas drive.  TEIS is
Tennessee's Early Intervention System and serves the families of
children from birth to 3 with special needs.  Our office provides a
coordinated system of service coordination for these families.  Each
year we attempt to identify families that our office serves who are in
need at Christmas time.  Those needs often include gifts for children,
clothing and occasionally food.  We try to identify families who will
not have those needs met by other sources.  This year we have identified
9 families from Hamilton and the 9 surrounding counties.  If you or your
department would be interested in providing gifts for these families
please E-MAIL me and I will provide you more details concerning specific
needs.  If at all possible we would like to have interested
people/departments purchase the gift items which our service
coordinators will then distribute to families.  You are welcome to wrap
these gifts.  We hope to have gifts ready to go out to families by the
first week in December.
